Founded by former chemistry teacher David Baker in 1999, Bakery Hill Distillery is one of Australia's pioneering single malt whisky producers. Now based in Kensington, Melbourne, the family-owned distillery was built on a simple belief: that world-class whisky could be crafted right here in Australia, without relying on Scottish provenance.
