Bakery Hill Distillery is a family owned and operated distillery that has been producing world renowned single malt whiskies for over 20 years. Founded by former chemistry teacher David Baker in 1999, Bakery Hill Distillery is one of Australia's pioneering single malt whisky producers. Now based in Kensington, Melbourne, the family-owned distillery was built on a simple belief: that world-class whisky could be crafted right here in Australia, without relying on Scottish provenance.

At its core, Bakery Hill remains fiercely independent and family run, creating whiskies that showcase craftsmanship, authenticity, and the belief that great whisky is defined by skill and dedication rather than geography.
