Founded by longtime mates Dean and Dave, the distillery was built on a shared passion for quality spirits and a desire to create something proudly local. Their values centre around craftsmanship, transparency and using clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients without unnecessary additives or preservatives.
Specialising in organically certified gin, Organic Bay Distillery uses organic sugar cane ethanol and traditional single pot still methods to create spirits that are smooth, balanced and full of character. Their range combines classic botanicals with Australian natives and carefully selected herbs, resulting in distinctive gins that reflect both creativity and a strong sense of place.
