Is a small-batch distillery based in Longlea, just outside of Bendigo, Victoria crafting bold Australian gin, amaro and bottled cocktails.
They are a a small, family run distillery run by Kris and Dan who are fiercely independent and hands on in everything they do. What started as a shared passion for hospitality and flavour has evolved into a distillery grounded in creativity, curiosity and a desire to do things differently.
At the heart of Noble Bootleggers is a love of creating distinctive flavour profiles, with a focus on balance, boldness and drinkability. Everything they create is shaped by where they are. Where possible, they incorporate locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, alongside botanicals grown and developed on their own property.
For Kris and Dan connection is just as important as what’s in the bottle. For them it’s not just about making spirits, it’s about bringing people together through them.
